so i just upgraded my mac mini to 1 gig of memory and have the 512 stick just sitting around collecting dust. it's a Micron Tech. PC3200, 512meg DDR400 CL3 module (it's in a kingston sleeve, but that's just cause the replacement was kingston). call it $40something (or better offer) +a couple bones shipping? pm me if you're interested
