Replying to Candide's segment song from way back

So i was watching TV and in the background on this one show they were playing this song and i rememberd hearing it on a candide segment from a video around the same time of like salad days or happy dayz or something like that, and i wanted to download it cause its the bomb.

It's got a chick singer and i think the song is in another language, but the chorus is just her going "bom bom, babum bum bom bom, bom bom bee dum, bom bom..."
