Not at all, this is a summerskiresort. It's just that it snows so god damn much there in the winter so they can't have it open then... :)
There's a glacier there as well.

east coast sucks...especially PA, NJ, NY(some is OK)

vermont is nice

but no east coast place in US will ever get 10 feet in 3 days...unless it is a miracle

No, its real. Sometimes we have almost as much snow at Valdresflya, close to where I live. Most of Norway had a terrible snow year though, but some places had lots of snow, like Stryn.
