center mount on darksides?

I didn't bother to check the rest of the posts, but I was wondering if I should have my bindings mounted on the 'center' of the ski (that is, the line on the ski that my boot shouls be centered on) or get them mounted on the true center between the tip and tail. It seems to my brain that they would be really hard to ski if the bindings were exactly centered... let me know your thoughts please, and if you've had it done.

just take a right at the 4-ways, then over the yellow line. If the man with the red hat says anything to you, just tell him that dw sent you. The secret password is 'coo-loo-coo-coo-coo-coo-coo-coooo'.-dw

Most line skis are center mount, i don't know if this means they are true center or just close to center, but I know line claims all thgeir twin tips are center mount. However, this years darkside is the first line that is not a full twin tip. So, this years darkside may not be a center mount. Either way you should reall mount your skis where they are designated to be mounted b/c the ski is designed to be skied w/ that mounting position. If you change it tou may not get the most out of the ski.

Mount them where they are supposed to be. Putting them in the center puts pressure away from the center of the arch, and skiing will be very wierd. Initiating turns will be sluggish and it will be hard getting out of a turn. They will still be more forward than most skis on the market.

I think only the 1260 has a true center mount, the others are closer to center than normal but still ages away from true center. And mount darksides where they're designed to be mounted.
