Ah Nerves!

I'm so nervous for tomorrow! I have to do a speech first thing in the morning cause I'm running for G.A.A. (girls athletic association) Co-President and then an hour later I'm doing a triathlon which I don't think I am completly ready for. Oh well, our speech has a rap, maybe that will get us more votes. Ah I don't think I want to get up tomorrow morning

just relax and remember to breath properly. Whenever i lose track of my breathing when im preforming, i start to get nervous shakes. But they are fixed easily with some nice slow deep breaths. Also for the speech, Practice it. There is nothing worse for being nervous than not knowing what your going to say. (also practice where your going to breath... use puncuation. That will help you not speak too quickly) and above all. Have fun.

I love the support system of newschoolers haha, and to answer you^ the swim is 12 lenths I believe, a 7 km bike, but it is incredibly hilly, and the run is about 3.5 km. It's a really short triathalon, but it organized by our school so it can't be to big.

uhhhh your going to have to take multiple speech classes in college and speak in front of 200+ people... good luck getting through HS

ok, so the day wasn't that bad. I won the election! and the triathalon was intense, but not as bad as I thought. I came 5 out of the sr. girls, so not bad far my frist time I guess.

d-loc i had to take one public speaking class, which was a complete joke. never have i once had to speak to a group of more than 30 in college either.

jaime im sorry!! you know that i owe my whole co-presidential gaa career to you, and i will someday make it up to you...ok starting now, i have found us a place to stay in whistler next year, it's new and improved!
