...is a real pain in the ass. throughout the season i banged my head around a bit, and really fucked up my neck. i don't know what to do now, because it's always in pain, i turn it to certain positions, and i fear the worst. my shitty sleeping habits don't help either. my shoulder is in kinda funky shape too. bailing on rails = bad news.
anyone else have some shitty injuries they hate because of the constant pain, or because it limits range of motion, etc?
