Im pissed off, what shold i do about this?

ok, so heres the deal, last sunday in my spanish class i was sick so the teacher let me sleep, while i was sleeping my friend got my 60 gig photo ipod out of my backpack and listened to it, when he was done he put it back on my desk, not in my backpack where it should have gone. i go out to my car its gone, im pissed, you know what you whould think so yeah. i found out who has it now and i need to decide what im going to do and the cops are not an option because they wont serch him. i was thinking about giving the kid 24 or 48 hours tomorow to get it back to me no questions asked and if he doesent me and a few friends whop his ass, or be like i know you know who has it, if you get it back to me in 2 days time ill give you 50 bucks or something. what do you all think?

200?^ alot more than that. And i hate when people say shit like, well then don't bring stuff here or there. What the fuck is the point of haivng something if you just leave it at home or something. I got my calculator stolen and my math teacher goes, "you shouldn't bring expensive things to school." i was like are you joking me...

Anyway why the hell do you have school on sunday, and second, i say you just call him up and ask him if he has it, if he says yea then he'll probably give it up. If he deny's it, then just say you know he has it, and threaten to get "authority" involved. If he doesn't bring it to you, then you can just get some people and beat the shit out of him(assuming you can't do it alone, thus you are asking for advice)

yeah i found a guys ipod on the street by our school (Iit was run over a couple times) and so i posted a note about it on our schools message board.

so the kid come up to me like a month later and says that he want his ipod back and he has no way of proving it. he then goes to a teacher and accuses me of stealing it. so i gave it to the teachers who gave it to him. now the thing doesnt work any more and the kid wants me to buy him a new one. fucking rich fag

not only is beating him illegal, but posting an award, then not giving it up is illegal. Even though he "stole" it, he could say he found it, and then came to give it back for a reward, and then you assult him? your fucked on that one.

Like i said if you know he has it, ask him. Say just bring it back no questions asked, no big deal. And if he does, stick to your words. If he denys it, and you KNOW he has it, then give him some oppurtunity to bring it back, then if he doesn't, then is ay you can fuck him up
