Warren miller Rocks

Im sure alot of you guys dont like Warren Miller but his movies are awesome. especially the more recent ones (the one his son made)

alot of times I try to show people ski movies to show what im into so I show movies like Yearbook, or Focused and movies like that and I love those movies but the responses from non-skiers are usually along the lines of "thats stupid" "hes stupid" "why would anyone do that"

so decided to show a Warren Miller movie (the segments on freeskiing) and with the comentaries that he gives they end up going "ohh thats pretty cool" or "Ohh I get what you see in this"

I told them the exact same things and they dont listen to me. I guess hearing it from a person whos 60+ gives the words more respect and wisdom.

anyways I think that the movies are a cool introduction to skiing for non skiers
