Anybody know where Liberty skis are made?

Does anybody know where Liberty Skis are made or devlopped? Also, does anybody know if any ski companies develop there skis in Canada? The only company I can think of is Prior.

Avon is where their company is based out of. Their skis are manufactured at Revolution in Utah.

tons of companies outsource there production just because the big press cost big money in order to buy them for them selves there costs would go threw the roof so they out source or use a smaller lower quality press.

It's a known fact. Ask any of the sales reps, or call the company for that matter. I work in a shop, so this info. is pretty easily attainable.

It matters where your skis are made because of things like production quality, on-time shipping, and quality control. The more a company uses their own tooling and production, the better the quality.

Outsourcing works, but in the end, the people making your skis aren't going to care as much if a few "b" skis rip through the line.

And Rowdy2 is right, those companies do use their own presses.

Rowdy2 is an idiot. "I work in a shop." Not a very good one. Shop people are some of the biggest idiots. Armada's are made in Elan's factory, 4Frnt is made in I believe Option snowboards factory. And Line was produced in Trak Sports factory, which is also where Karhus are made.

which is why karhu twins and line twins are line 1260s, and the fat twins are essentially motherships. you can pretty much mount up the karhus and have lines.

they do use their own tooling meaning their own ski molds but all of the ski presses and the rest of the manufacturing tools are not owned or housed by line, armada, 4frnt etc.
