Tree forts

Has anyone built one? What do you use it for? I know its kinda out of style but We aree almost finished with our treefort and its going to be sick. We actually spent the money and time on buying brand new wood. We are going to have a tv,xbox,mini-refridgerator,some lights and chairs in it. We have a deck too. Mega chill.

nice make sure there is like a ventalation hole at the top like in a tepee.

A LESSON FROM A HARDCORE SMOKER:
if your really hardcore you can just smoke out of your hands. make a loose fist but keep your fingers together and pack the entire empty space in the middle with herb. then open up your pinky finger enough so that the herb doesnt fall out but you can light it. then just breath in from the top hole and ull get mad respect -eastar5

sick, i always wanted one, but the trees near we couldn't really support one.

Imagine the ns outcry if u(lateralis) were banned. There would be countless threads and petitions to bring u back, it would be like when treadway got banned from whistler. Someone would probably make and sell 'Free Lateralis' stickers and shit. -j

fuck the zip line.... make a secret spot to hold youre stash, ventalation hole, cd/radio player, matress, pinup girl posters and youre set.make sure you build a little board raised up from aboce the hole so that rain cant get in.

rains not going to get in, this tree fort is 10 fet high, with a hinge door from the floor entrance with a lock. and ttoday two of my neighbors hooked me up with singles. I will post picts when its toatall finished.

I will get some unfished ones up maby tomorrow. But when I put all the stuff inside we are set to go. Im buying indoor/outdoor carpet(turf). Its the only thing that wont mold or get all gross.

i used to have the most insane tree house when i was living in MidTown. it was 2 stories tall and had a porch. it was completely waterproofed and all. i want it back all kinds. we were the most fucked up kids thouhg, we used to hold Seances and shit in ours.

now i live in the boondocks and i think im going to just make a sweet platform out in the hill somewhere and just put a teepee or a tent on the platform. my parents said they would but me an old school bus and let me make it mine, but they n ever did. i was going to have shag carpets and a TV and a fridge and shit in it, and paint it all crazy. but noooo they bought beehives instead.

we are going to put some waterproof shit on the floor before we put the stroturf on. and we coucld make a pretty sick ramp going down. We were going to jump off it this winter but never got to it, there wasn't enough snow.

me and my friend are in the process of building a tree fort community sorta thing with bridges going across. these are 20 feet in the air and will have porches and all kinds of shit, and a lookoutt like 50 feet in the air. (this is in a lush forest if you havent guessed) its already looking soooo dope.

i had a 3 floor high tree house once, pretty high, 2 floors are still standing but cuz the 3rd floor was soo high up and it was built right by lake superior (like 100 feet from the beach) the winds over the course of the winter blew the top floor off, but back in the day me and my buddy always brought gurls up there at night hahaha

ive got the best tree house, two floors bottom= couch top = bed and a good sized porch. also working on a bottom entrance

i have something like a treehouse...it's like in between a bunch of cliff like rocks right near a river with a rope swing into the river,little cliffs to jump off into the river and a little stream like with a slippy rock to slide into a pond like part of the stream....soo chill

That's pretty sweet, and by the looks of it, pretty decent framing too.

I want to do something similiar in my woods this summer, I also want to drop a slackline across my pond - haha how sick would that be!
