i take xango its a sweet fruit juice and it should cure u by night!! but u have to order from the internet!! but my mom sells it so idk but u could try this stuff called emergen-c u can get it at a health store. its a packet thingy

i got a throat infection. i couldnt really eat or swallow or talk or breathe easily. its gone now cause i got poked with needles and drugged. it came with a free fever.

nasal infection here it blows a lot but i got some drugs from the doc and i am feeling better. just eat lots of vitimens and sleep a lot.

for all you pansies that get upset stomachs, or little flus ur whatever. i'd advise you should shower less, wash your hands less, and eat food off the ground. it's not going to kill you. in fact, it's going to strengthen your immune system. you people let yourselves get weak by fending off ever little virus that comes in your system.

and my logic makes perfect sense... check it

when you're getting a vaccine for example, they're not injecting you with some anti-viral crap, they're injecting you with the virus itself, just in very small quantities, so your body grows immune to it. same deal with those nicotine patches.

in order to fight stuff off, your body has to get used to small amounts of it, then adapt, and continue the process until you can fight off any amount of it. so i'd say you start strengthening your body now, because when some super virus comes along, you're going to be the first to DEAD!

and i can only speak from experience, because i'm not one of those 'OMG WASH YOUR HANDS 5 TIMES A DAY' or 'OMG I HAVE TO TAKE A SHOWER TODAY BECAUSE IT'S BEEN A WHOLE 24 HOURS SINCE MY LAST ONE!' type guys. that's why my body is strong and i don't get sick often. (and sorry for the capslock by the way... it's just to accentuate my point).

it's like which would you rather, be a strong person, or be a little weakling that wears body armor all the time. eventually, when the armor gets pierced, you're in big trouble, whereas the people that are already tough have increased chances of... well survival in this case.

you gotta let some germs get into your body so it can learn how to fight them off. that's basically my point.

i mean, i have a little vegan friend that is tiny, and frail, and is always sick. sure, he thinks its healthy that he's not getting that 'one drop of cow puss thats in every glass of milk' or the bacteria that grows in meat, but you're body needs these bacteria essentially...

You have to get lots off sleep and take a vitamin c every morning even when u dont have a cold. thats what i do and dont be dumb and go outside when its cold out with a t-shirt on and was your hands like 100 times a day.

yeah but i mean, stay you had fucking tough ass skin man. haha, it was a dumb analogy i guess. but i think you guys get the point. don't be so damn clean-crazy because you're not going to die if you have some bacteria on your hands, and eat dirt or whatever you're so damn scared of. gotta toughen up your immune systems for the viruses of the future.

which kinda leads into my next theory. no species is supposed to increase so greatly in numbers, and multiply so damn rapidly, but we humans have. i was talking to my dad about this maybe 2 weeks ago, and he seemed to believe something's going to hit us hard in the next 20 years. a crazy virus or something. and of course, we aren't all going to die, because if we weren't meant to all get wiped out, we would already be. there's viruses everywhere, and the only reason we're not dead is because they're so many of us, and so many different types of us. it's hard to explain, but it makes sense in my head. so yeah, something big is going to happen, and i'm fuckin excited.
