blades are awesome, seriously I tried em and I have now quit skiing. Whoi knows in a few years I may join back but just ski without poles like Peter Mithoefer.

I have snowblades, I think they are cool when you suck. But once you get good, you cant use em for 60 foot tables, they dont weigh enough. I think it would be awesome to see someone do like a huge double backflip on blades, but its not going to happen

you would alll die if you seen how many people are on blades in Niseko, and there is almost no park just a bunch of groomed runs and tonns of powder, on the other hand if they were on skis they wouldnt be in the powder anyway...

My snowblading story:
The first time I ever skiied I hated it. My boots were too tight or something and it sucked. A few weeks later I went again and had a little more fun. I still didnt like it much. The next year I tried some snowblades. I was going down every run and having a blast. I skiied those all season and most of the next. I started wanting skis. I got some money and bought Line 1260s. It was the best decistion I could have made. After one day I was going bigger and skiing better. So all I have to say is that snowblades are good for learning.
There is nothing motherly about mother nature. Except for her big mountainous breasts.
