Getting rid of internet explorer

how do you do this i isnt in the add remove program list im wondering if i go into program files if i can get rid of it there

acutally, you need IE, you don't need to use it, but it needs to be on your machine. Im not sure of the exact reasons, but my friend who is really good with computers explained it to me.

Yeah do not remove IE. I use Firefox 98% of the time but there is those 2% when I use IE, and without it I would be fucked.

yeah your comp wont let you if you try just do what i do and hid the link to it on your desktop somewhere so you dont gotta look at it but so yuou can find it if you absolutely need it

haha. Good luck. Microsoft was kind enough to embed Outlook, internet explorer, and messenger, deep into your registry and all throughout your computer. It's a 50 step process to remove any of it. Which also makes it real nice when their software itself has problems and you have to try to reinstall it.
