ok check it ..
lately i've been having problems running certain programs (they take strangely long to open) such as 'my computer'. it shows a little flashlight with a folder meaning LOADING, and it takes about 30 seconds to open which is very strange. i figure it's a problem related to virtual memory. any suggestions?
second problem, you know the way your computer fan will go off and on every once in a while, for example, when you're running some huge program, or whatever... well, the problem is, whenever my fan powers up or down, sometimes the sound on my computer starts scratching, and might actually cut out. what the hell? any ideas? classic example: i'm playing battlefield, and the fan decided so power on, so the game momentarily freezes, or jumps, along with a horrible screetch noise. sometimes the sound might fully cut out, sometimes its just the 'jump and screetch'. pretty fucked up...
i'm almost positive these problems aren't virus-related; i have ad-aware se, spyware blocker, titanium antivirus, so i'm pretty much in the clear there.
so if anyone has useful input, i'd love to hear it, and if not, don't bother posting. i don't want to see any of you morons writing 'hmmmmm, i don't know man, sorry.' because that's just no help.
thanks.
stick that in your pipe and smoke it!
