Every now and then you'll heard someone call someone else a creative insult name like: 'you fucking toss-winkle'

Anyway i heard someone use the term you're a 'knobby knob-sticle' (if thats how you spell it) Couldn't stop laughing for five minutes when i first heard it, tears and all.
