ok. so there's a bunch of women's skis available next year. i searched, but didnt find much. last year i got my girl 04/05 159 pe's and she loved them. but since she was new to skiing, i got her shorter ones to learn on. now she needs a longer pair for next year. she's like 5'11", athletic and skinny and skis mainly park.
armada arw-160; 170
line shadow- 152; 157; 167
line celebrity- 162; 172
k2 phat luv- 153; 160; 167; 174
k2 misdemeaner- 159; 169
she really loves the looks the the shadow and i think they'd be a great ski for her, but is 167 too short for her? she's a pretty descent skier.
how are the arw's supposed to be? and
who's demoed any of these?
are the lines gonna have fatty edges and bases?

the lines will have the fatty bases and edges as far as i know. i was gonna recommend the 167 shadow, but it depends on how much she weighs. you said she was skinny, so if she's like 140-145 that's probably the perfect ski for her, but i don't know how much tall people weigh, so you'll hafta clue us in.

i think she weighs like 150ish. she's pretty tall and athletic b/c she was the state champion high and triple jumper all 4 years of high school.

yeah the shadows will probably do it. celebrities would be probably a better choice for her weight though and more versatile. either way, you can't go wrong with the lines. i don't know enough about the other brands to comment on them.

well ill have my celebs next weekend, when i get them ill tell u what i think. does she like more park or more all mountain, cause if she likes more park then id deff go w/ the shadows even if they are a little shorter cause they will be easier to learn spins on if they are shorter, but if shes like all mountain like me then id go w/ the celebs
