A LESSON FROM A HARDCORE SMOKER:

they duplicate the whole bbc website, and fill the article area with a fake article, they make all the links active and then put it on the web under a different url than bbc would use.

the site is hosted on a Univ. of Virgina website. You find teh story on a REAL BBC site and I'll belive you, but I gaurentee you it's fake.
