yeah wtf its a fall sport for school anyway, but anyway do crunches, leg lifts 6inches above the ground for atleast a 1-2 mins is good, wall sits (sittin on an imaginary chair w/ legs parallel with the ground/floor) for 1.5-3 mins is good, hmm wut else do stuff like reppin distances and doin em under a specific time ex. today for track we did 12 400's under w/e time our coach told us to do with a min rest between each one land ots of runnin do long runs like 60 mins which will keep the extra speed you gain, also hill sprints will get u faster but u need to do the long 60-70 min runs to keep your speed up, if ur gonna rest i wouldnt do it for more then 2 days otherwise ul start to lose the speed you gained

also for your arms easiest thing is pushups:wide, normal n ones where u make a triangle with ur thumbs n pointer finger-multiple reps
