i know theres a similar post but this makes it easier for me...
if all you ride is park and only park, center mounts are good right? whats the deal with all the +4 and stuff, and center core? i know center mounts affect carving, but what else does it affect, all i want to do is get the swing weight even so i can spin easy. it matters what kind of ski i get right? i just basically want the details about the location and mounting of bindings, all i ride is park too soo....
thanks

If all your riding is park, it doesn't really matter how the ski turns. So mounting 7.5 (core center) would be a good place to mount.

first of all, skis all have different 'core centres' (place where the core is thickest, and basically, mounting it there will give you optimal balance in ur swing weight, and makes it very easy to ride park....
k2, for example, have their core centre at +7.5.... ie: 7.5cm (i think) forward of the recommended mounting line (the line that is on the skis).
i dont really know what ur getting at but i hope this helps.
also, dont be a lazy jackass and SEARCH the forums... u could have easily answered all ur questions, and even become an expert on the question.
keep your filthy mits off me!

You need to stop telling everyone that core center is +7.5... how do you know we all ride Fujatives? Mount a pair of Ar5s at +7.5 and see if you can even ski.
Center mount is alright for park, but I'd only reccomend it if you have more than one pair of skis. Otherwise mount at least a few cm back. Who knows, you might get bored of park at some point and want to ski elsewhere.
