Cast off tomorrow

I've had my cast for 6 weeks now, and im going to the docs tomorrow to hopefully have it removed....

any warnings/suggestions?

awesome.. make sure you follow the physio stuff ... i forgot to do mine alot (wrist) and now i can't move my wrsit in circles... other then that it will be stiff for a while thats about it

ive had my cast for 6 months and im getting it off friday.....i broke my tibia and fibula

I was in a cast for 2 months cause I broke my humarus, then three weeks ago, I re-broke my humarus and broke my wriste.
