to fix my cracked pocket rockets. what i was wondering is if anyone has done this before? i dont want to hear its not going to work, or your dumb, just buy one. has anyone done this before and if so, what materials work the best? also, if anyone happens to have CAD drawings or just hand drawn technical drawings that would be great. i have my sister and her schools very nicemachine shop at my disposal, so any help would be nice.

and by base plate i mean binding plate, im not rly sure what they are called.

im going to get new skis, but im getting park skis and i really want a pair of powder skis as well. but i def. can not afford both.

^no, my ski got some water in it and it cracked, right under the binding. so im thinking that if i get a thick-assed peice of steel on top, they will work.

Here are the pictures. the crack is right on the back sqrew line of salomon 810 bindings.

the same shit happened to my 912's like 2nd week of the season, i just said fuck it and rode all season waiting for it to explode....it never did, so im not too worried about it.
