Help with FCP

I need some help with final cut.. I have used this program for awhile now and haven't had any problems.. today, suddenly while I was editing, video in my timeline began to constantly drop frames... Although, if I watch the clips by themselves frames aren't dropped. I don't really know why this is happening or how to fix this problem so if anyone could help me out that would be superbbbb..

this seems to happen with Adobe premier. But whenever I export it, it turns out just fine. I think it just does that to save space or something.

in your preferences, there is an option to alert you about dropped frames, turn it off and yer problems are solved. Dropped frames, mopped hames, who really cares? i sure don't.
