Replying to Math help!

Is there any math wiz people can can help me in calculus 2?
Here is my problem:

dy/dx=-k*(y/x)

I have to seperate it and integrate it. I need the process of integration.
The supposed answer is y=1+-k*e^((-1/4)*x))

Please help me!!!
