I got one and i live in Alberta. But they gave you a subscription till the end of this year... ONE issue.

The reason that even americans only got one issue is that it takes 6-8 weeks just for the free sub to be processed by the fulfillment company thing.

So those who signed up for it but didn't get theirs yet (and live in the states), it means you'll get all of next year for free.

FREE. Aweful lot of bitching for something you didn't have to do anything for.

Also, I believe that a lot of those free Freeze subs were actually turned into free Freeskier subs, so that means you got that FREE as well.

As a fellow Canadian, I know it sucks that you only got one (or none) of your free sub, but seriously, it would cost a hell of a lot of money. Maybe if we were owned by Time we could afford it. Whammy!

Yea, I got sent the email but I replied back saying that it wasn't too bad cause I got a free issue from 'em back in February anyway.

although it sucks that we canucks aren't getting a free sub, all the yanks shouldn't complain cause you're getting a free subscription!
