This is a friend of a friends story, probably bs, but one of the scariest storys ive heard. I guess he was walking home from a buddies house, and he was walking past a hockey warming house. He saw that there was a light inside of the warming house, kind of like a computer glow, like white-ish light comming from some part of the house. All of a sudden a face appeared in the window with that same glowy computerscreen color and started jumping up and down behind the window VERY fast and the thing never took its eyes of the kid. Everytime he came back up visible through the windows, his eyes were still locked on the kid seeing this.

My mom belives in ghosts very seriously. she has had some rather disorenting experiences, which i will try and share with you.

My mom is a nurse, she nurses the elderly. When she started nursing, she was a private nurse, working for diplomates and the like around ottawa. One old lady who she took care of had alzhimers and was mental unstable. My mom would feed this lady and basicly take care of her. My mom was feeding her one day when the old lady started to tell her my grandfather was in the closet, and that my mom should let her out. My mom, not beliving because of the mental conditions of the lady started to investigate. "how do you know hes in the closet?" she asked, the reply was " He is calling KJ" This was my mom's nickname as a child. what her mother and father called her growing up. No one else called her that. she opened the closet door and it was just old clothing and random stuff. my mom was suitably freaked out. a few months later, the same old lady told my mom to open the windo and let her mother in. Remembering the last time this happened, she decided to ask more questions. she said "where is she" to which the lady said "sitting in the swing". the swing was swaying in the wind tied to an old and wrinkley tree. My mom then asked what her mother was wearing. The old lady described to my mom my grandmothers clothing and appearence. This old lady had never seen, or met my grandmother. they hadnt even been in the same province befor. despite this, the old lady was able to describe to my mom, in perfect detail, the dress my grandmother was wearing when she was burried. she even identified the jewelry she was wearing. I submit this to you as a true story. Weather it was ghosts, or some other kid of mental conection between my mom and the old lady, its still freakin weird and freaky.

i was out really late in the botanical gardens at mich state (where i go to school) on a bike ride with a couple friends when up ahead, in an unlit area i saw some dark and shadowy figure glide across the path, i mean it just flowed and couldnt have been an animal or anything. we were super freaked out though and left...really quickly, but a week later i found a webpage of local hauntings and that place is known for dark ghostly figures being seen...thats when i was really creeped out

my school is known for hauntings too. aparently its haunted by a girl who went here about 100 years ago, who committed suicide for love.

The theatre building is also very haunted... there are several ghosts there. Know one knows why they are there, but they are are friendly and helpful.

I dream about people I know who have died constantly...I dream about my friend Breanna who died in August, I dream about my grandmother who has been dead since I was 3, and I dream about another friend of mine who died in November, just to name a few. Sometimes my dreams are so real I can't help but think the people actually talk to me.

When I was younger, my best friend and I lived on the same street growing up. Coincidently, our houses were built on an old Indian grave site at the foot of a huge mountain. Halloween of my sophomore year in high school a bunch of friends and I were all at her house playing goofy games and screwing around. We decided to take out the Oiji board because we had always heard ghost stories about her house but no one believed them. So we took it out and imediately weird things started happening. Her basement door, which had one key in a hiding place kept locking and unlocking. The chandalier on her 10 foot ceiling starting swining madly. It was insanity. I don't know if I have seen a ghost, but I sure believe in them.

she commited suicide after she finished school.

but yea, im leaving tomorrow for summer and nothing weird has happened yet...

ghosts are just in ur imagination. notice how every ghost story happens at night? thats because you are tired and not fully alert. so u see things like that. i dont believe in ghosts. i have a few stories tho. back when i was like 6 i had a nightmare and a ghost came right infront of me. it was 1 of those dreams that you think ur awake but really not. thats how people see ghosts. i saw something on it once it was called sleep paralysis or something. when you go into a very deep sleep. i also had that at camp once. i got up in the middle of the night to walk out to the outhouse to piss and there was a story of a "ghost train" at the camp. and well i saw it. but it was actually a dream cas when it was guna hit me i woke up in my sleeping bag. so thats the mystery behind ghosts

TRUE STORY i was walking in my basement at 4:00 pm and i heard some voice that sounded like it was comin from an old tv, then i looked over to this room we have in our basement, it had a glass door, and i saw an old womens face against the glass, i ran out screamin HOLY FUCK!!!!!!! HOOOOLY FUUCK!! and i havent been down there since ;)

my mom told me this story of one time she was helping a friend out and they were using scissors and they put them down in the middle of a table and they got picked up and put on the floor so they picked the scissors up and put them back in the middle of the table and they got picked up and put on the floor again by a ghost.

There is a church in my home town that is supposed to be pretty haunted. It is the oldest building in the whole town, and it has a graveyard next to it. It sits on the corner of a major intersection, and about ten years ago the road going by it was expanded and a bunch of old graves were dug up and put into a pauper (sp) grave. The door closest to the graveyard recurringly opens in the middle of the night even though it is deadbolted AND chained shut and the alarm goes off. Lights in that wing of the building also go on and off when no one is there. The police refuse to respond when the alarm goes off becuase it is so freaky.

Seen skinwalkers...No joke it I thought my friends were all messing around. We all pilled into 4 cars and drove out to a small town called Melba. I was with my friend in his Honda Civic. What we seen first was little red eyes next to the drivers window, we had the tac laided over so we were going a little over 100 mph and those eyes stayed next to the window. We made it over a hill and the eyes went away. Well we were heading back into town when I looked over my right shoulder and seen a fuckin weird ass guy running next to a car in a corn field. I was like wtf I looked a little harder and the guy had deer horns hanging out of his head that were all bloody. It was weird, I been out to Melba 4 times since and haven't seen anything. This is no joke either so fuckin serious.

Ok i was up in my familyroom upstairs with my mom, dad, and sister. I was thirsty so i went downstairs to get a drink. As i turned the corner i saw like this littel girl walking into my kitchen with long hair and she weas like kinda like glowing and weird, but it looked like a normal person standing there. It look like my sister so i was like how the heck did u get down here like that. It didnt respond and turned the corner to were my fridge is. I followed and turned the corner and there was nothing there!! I got scared and looked all around, peeied my pants, than ran back upstairs. My sister was sitting right were she was watching tv!! I later told my mom and she said that she has seen something too and her describtion was the same as mine!!!!!! CRAZY!!

heres me story. alright so august 8th 2003 i had my wisdom teeth removed that morning and my parents were moving my bro to ottawa that weekend so they were gone. anyways i didnt sleep at all on friday night cuz my jaw was sore and the painkillers didnt do shit so that was 24 hours without sleep. saturday night comes around and around 2:30 in the morning i get a call from my aunt saying that if i wanted to see my grandma one last time now is the time cuz shes about to go. shes in the hospital an hour away so i call up my cousin to drive down and we get then in just over half an hour and watch her die. still no sleep from thursday night either. so as sunday evening rolled up i was home alone at this point and i was super fucken exhausted and i was lying in my bed just kind of about to pass out and someone grabbed my fucken leg. and i mean this was a hard squeeze so it woke me up and i was freaked out like crazy cuz i had just watched me grandma die so i got the feeling that she was around and that same night i found out that one of my aunt was sleeping in my grandmas bed and someone tickled her feet but no one was even in the house.

my mom, dad, and sister were downstairs, but i was upstairs sitting in a chair, reading something. out of the corner of my eye i see the bathroom light flip on and off. i hear i too. holy shit, im downstairs in like 2 seconds. that night im scared shitless (we all couldnt find an explaination) and hear this crazy sound. its almost sounds like if a wah pedal was played without really any sound. yea, that made no sense. so it keeps going on, and at this point im freaking out, i never heard this before. so i wake up my dad, and he comes into the room, and he is still making noise. i can still hear it, because i know what to listen for. as soon as he stops moving and is silent, the sound stops. he leaves, about 2 minutes later it starts again.
months later im doing my homework at the table. something freaky had happened recently, but i dont remember what it was (it wasnt anything too big). so anyway. im looking down at my mathbook, and i see something about 4 feet tall go into the kitchen. i swear to god, it was a little girl dressed im black. so im scared, but i try to dismiss it as my dog (he's black). so i look in the kitchen, and nothings there. i run downstairs, my mom and dad are both there, sis is at college, both dogs outside. that sucked.

does any1 no the name of the song that goes WHOOHO! dunananna WHOOHO!skierdude11 please... that is not a question... it is a quote. i know the song. and no, most of you have it wrong anyway.

alot of people say that somehow when there is alot of tension in a house with multiple teenagers poltergeists are created through some weird force that the tension gives off in their sleep. wild...

anyways so i'm in the basement and my bro and i are playing with nerf guns (he is younger and so i dont play paintball with him, we play nerf) and i'm walking to the back of the basement to get a nerf arrow, and i shit you not, this black thing just glides in front of me about 5 feet away. i was honestly freaked out... and theres a picture on here posted a few days ago in the people section of some chicks dad putting a ski in a tree, and in the window you can see a face, its kinda weird looking even though i'm pretty sure its like her mom or something
