I won a pair of line 1260's in a local comp this year (and was pretty stoked to get them) but I didn't think they would actualy perform very well (cuz i had heard some not so great stuff about them. But, in the park specifcally, they are a great ski. I haven't been able to ride with them out of the park yet but in the park they are sweet. I was wondering why line isn't coming out with a 1260 next year, or if their skinnier prophets are 1260's with new graphics.

uh smaller profit a 1260? def not the 1260 has like 70-80 underfoot not 100, and maybe cause ppl thought it was to thin

the 1260 was line's medium flex park ski this year since they added the chronic to the lineup. next year the hole in the lineup that would be left by the termination of the 12 will be filled by the invader. the prophet 75 is not a 1260 with a new graphic.

i saw a pair of 1260's and they look like a park only ski. i didn't want them cause they look super skinny under the foot and everywhere on the ski

ya i've got a pair and they kill in the park. don't even try taking them elsewhere tho, cause they are terrible anywhere else. i hope you have another ski for non-park skiing

you have to be a retard or just cant ski at all. I take my 12s all over the mountain. Powder, bumps, trees, and groomers and they perform like a beast on all. Maybe a little lacking in the powder but ehh. Im thinking you cant ski because they perform well everywhere.

What does a sperm cell and a black person have in common.

hmm...well mine are a couple years old, center mounted, and i've got a pair of pistols to use for everything else. the 1260's don't hold up at speed (the tails and tips flap around), they are too soft and flexy to turn very well and super skinny. thus, they suck outside the park. it has nothing to do with my skiing abilities, they are just truly a park only ski.

^this year's are great. they did lose the ollieband but they got a lot stiffer all around. they absolutely kill the park and like the guy a little ways up was saying, they perform great all over the mountain as well. mine have been very durable except for one coreshot that i got from riding over jagged rocks in the landing of a cliff, but that was to be expected. all in all, a real quality bang-for-your-buck ski.

still very poppy too, even without the ollieband, which always seemed kinda like a marketing gimmick to me personally anyways.
