It appears to be a torrent. Thus, you'll need a client liek bittorrent to download the file. (google bittorrent)

Why are you hosting it as a torrent?

Why wouldnt I host it as a torrent is a better question.

Bittorent is the BEST file sharing method there is.

Yeah, I guess no one wants it, so I'm not going to both uploading anymore. 0 people have started d/ling and reseeding so...
