I almost went skiing today

After school I went up in the mountains by myself with a pvc setup that I built. I was shoveling snow setting it up, had been there about 20 minutes. So I look up and what do you know theres a mountain lion about a hundred feet away walking through the trees, wasn't looking at me but i'm sure it knew I was there...so I walked to the car backwards with the shovel and left...what a fun session haha.

amen to that. the summer camp i used to work at had 5 resedent bears in the are a of our dump. i used to hate them, we used to have to shoot at them with 12 gauge shotguns to scare them away from camp and the campers. it was a boy scout camp by the way.

ya i was hikin around my grampas rach lookin for some area to setup rails. and i was walking with my head down. all of a sudded i heard somtin that sounded like elk runnin through the trees and i looked up and there was a baby black bear about 10 yards in front of me. then about 15 yards back there was a another up in a tree so i huckered down. then i looked around and the mom was standing on her hind feet looking around. the sat there for like a half an hour. the scaryest thing that everhappend to me

yetigonecrazy, I hate georgia as much as you or a lot more than you. The ski resorts in North Carolina are made up of 95% gapers. But Georgia really sucks and I would prob give my left nut to move anywhere else right now.
Imagine the ns outcry if u(lateralis) were banned. There would be countless threads and petitions to bring u back, it would be like when treadway got banned from whistler. Someone would probably make and sell 'Free Lateralis' stickers and shit. -j

haha, i did the exact same thing today! i got a PVC and did my own setup. Only, all these snowboarders showed up right when i finished, and because i was by myself i was too nice to tell them to leave, so i had to share it with about 10 other people. After about an hour of waiting for them to leave, i just left.
silly boys, skis are for girls.
