Today Google launched a service called, Google Video, clever naming right?
Anyways, it is currently in Beta, so you can upload your videos to it, but no one can search and watch them yet. But there is not a size limit to how big of a video you can upload.
So when they launch the full service, you will be able to upload videos as big as you want, and people can search for them and watch them.
This should give everyone a place to put videos that are bigger than 5mb. I know you can put them up on sas, but they have to pay for the hosting and bandwidth of the videos. Putting them on Google, is free, and does not cost anyone in skiing a dime. All you have to di is get an account, download the uploader, and show your skiing off to the world.
Anyways, just thought some people might find it interesting.
Here is the link to register for an account if you dont already have one, if you have Gmail, that is your account.

This is just another step forward in Googles quest to control all of the information in the world...
