Lincon loop?

how do you do a lincon loop? im trying it off of the big side this week so i need specific details please.

do it wich ever way feels right for u
i pop hard but harder with the foot that i am rolling
away from basicly tuch ur ear to the shoulder u r
rolling too but look stright or u will most likly do a 180
or 90 with it tuck up a little and just take the hand u r
rolling to and just grabe ur boot and when u feel it
coming around just untuck and get ready for landing

yeah your gunna do a 180 in it the first time almost guarenteed, it helps if you don't use your arms to throw it though.

The two times i have tried i threw as hard as i could, got straight upside down then started spinning instead of flipping, i think part of my problem was not picking a point to look at with my eyes

i tried a lincoln loop once, i ended up doing a cork 9 lead cruton and my googles fell off, it was quite i site let me tell you
