Easy to make snowgun that actually works!

yeah so i was just meesin around and trying to make a snowgun and i did.
Materials:
1 piece of pvc pipie about two inches or less in diameter. it can be anywhwere from 6inches to 1foot long.
1 female end for air compressor.
1 female end for hose.
role of high grade tape( super addhiesive)
Directions first cut pipe to lenth
2nd- snad the edges of the pipe( make sure no pieces of plastic are left in side
drill two 1/2 inch hole about two inches apart.
Fit the female end for the air compressor in one and the female end for the hose in the other.seal about the drilled holes.
4th- drill about 20 tiny holes in a circular pattern directly in front of the fittings.
5th- tape each end of the pipe with about five layers of tape for each sidein a pattern like# cris cross.
seal around the pipie with one last twist.
finally test it. U must have a compressor that can keep above 100 psi for a long period of time. turn the water on just a litlle not to much.
it does work as long as its cold enough.try it ppl

you should use metal instead of PVC. my snowgun costs like 30 bucks to make. they are easy

you can just take a really high power pressure washer put it on a mist and let it go on a really cold night...it seriously works

I'd love to make a snow gun but I live in Vancouver, this is tha gayest part of Canada it's so bloody warm here all the time, I tried making one last year when it actually got cold, but it jus wasnt quite right. What kinda temps you guys usually look for to start making snow?

WB (WetBulb) of 28 or lower and for the really high pressure washer idea that doesn't work beleive me i've tried and so has alot of ppl it doesn't make snow but it ices things down alot
a good snowgun is alot of fun and you can have snow whenever you want (if its cold enough)

you need an oilless air compresor taht can stay at about 130psi you also need a presure washer and id recomend using metal


what happined to drugs, sex, & rock and roll...now adays we have aids crack and techno.......

ha! waaay easier way is to build a type of snow gun called a tee gun

compressor that has 3cfm of air at least

good water pressure (40 psi)

two  ball valves

one brass tee

four (2"-4") brass nipple pipe

brass cap

 one garden hose adapter

 one air compressor quick connect

assemble like so and drill a hole with a 1/16 drill bit. all fittings should be 1/4 inch.

hook up your air compressor with an air hose. Turn the air compressor on first. keep your pressure steady. it can be anywhere above 40 psi.

then turn on your water and adjust the air and water flow with your ball valves. if its below 28f you should be making snow!

you can just use a pressure washer- aim it high and make shure you dont run out of gas becuase if the water isnt moving it'll freeze and break the washer
