how warm are they? i was looking into buying a dna moe shell, and i'm not sure if it's good enough for the winter, because it's one hell of a styly jacket.

Since it's a shell, you will probably want to wear a mid-weight fleece underneath it or someother type of warm layer on colder days.

You should be fine if you just wear a fleece or long sleeve shirt under it. As a matter of fact I have a perfect spyder soft shell for it. msg it interested.

The best jacket ever. I have 2 right now and a 3rd on the way. They are so lightweight and waterproof. I don't think anything even compares.

Sooo warm. On the coldest days I only layer with a t shirt and a jersey. Since it lets it no wind or water, you can wear it in all conditions. Just layer depending on the day.
