it means university vert mont , french for green mountains....i live 2 minutes from there, and my mom works there....in some language the v and m stand from green mountains

he's not stupid. In french Vert Mont means Green Mountain, and often times people called it that, as the french from Quebec used to be around here. So naturally, the french aren't going to say it in Latin.
