Replying to Correct answer to some questions.

So then, i was watching the Bourne identity yesterday, and at one point the girl asks matt damon: "can i not use the bathroom", or something along those lines, to which matt damon answers, "uh yea" and she goes to use the bathroom.
but would the correct answer be that? it should be no, because she can use the bathroom.

and like, there is a pasta commercial in sweden, for frozen ones, and the swedes ask the italians: "you don't like it?" to which they answer "yes!", meaning they do, but shouldn't it be no to that question, since they do like it?
like double negative should be postive?

do you not want to take me to the mall? yes, i don't want to take you or no, i do want to take you. thats what should be answered right?

anyways, i just found this odd and erksome.
