Has anybody ever used this binding? I know some people on here say they hate marker, but I've heard the Piston Controls are a sweet ride. I did have friend bust the rear binding while landing a 540, has anybody ever had this problem. Has anyone ridden these in the park.

I hate Markers, but I do now that the Piston Control is real, not like the stupid Select Control! But on a twin tip it would be a STUPID binding. All mountain and very fast groomers, hell yes, and I hate Markers! Try a Look/Rossi Axil heal binding!

I understand they are not designed for the park. I ski more all mountain, like 60% all mtn, 40% park (if that). I was just wondering if they would work in the park at all. And why does everybody hate them so much?

People hate them because Markers have a long history of pre-releasing.

First off, you are a jackass if you use piston controls on twins. They're a high-end race and carving binding, they're not meant for 540s and stuff, if you do, they will break. It's not even recommended using 1 piece bindings on twins (it alters the flex of the ski and doesn't let the ski completey flex to the shape of a pipe wall). Many pros use two piece, and it works well. Don't use super-expensive race bindings on twins, its just like using a race ski altogether. Use some inexpensive 2-piece, they're meant for abuse.
