i am thinking about transfering to Southern Methodist universtity in dallas because it is a real cool city a good school and i have lots of friends there or UC boulder where i know noone but i can ski. what should i do?

SMU is one of the filter schools from my high school. If you want to be in Dallas, go there. There will be more religious freaks there than Boulder but if youre into that... thats special. I wouldn't EVER go there because so many girls from here go there. SMU is boring too. What the HELL are you going to do in Dallas, even if you have friends/ and isnt going away to school about making new ones?
Boulder is massive but you will find friends ASAP, I wouldnt worry about it. I also wouldnt ever compare the two schools. Hands down Boulder.

if skiings really important to you than go for boulder. Don't worry about not having friends you'll always find some, and if your goin skiing there will be other people skiing that go to boulder to make friends with

SMU is religous but it is also a good party school. i dont think i could give up skiing though
