how high can you go before you get fucked up if you land on your back or stomach? besides bruises and being sore. like how high can you go before you rupture your spleen or something?

ive heard kids doing like 80-90 ft. jumps but ive also heard people getting terminally fucked up from those hights, i suggest the 30-50 range , most importantly watch out for shallow water or rocks

oh ur actually talking about jumping into the water, thought u were talking about ski cliffs, anways my dad saw someone do a smooth backflip off the top of the bridge tower its like around 100 ft and landed perfect, just perfect i dont know how he did it and he was fine...but be carefull and wear shoes of course, the highest i have gone is probably like 40 to 50 ft.

oh yea another thing, when my dad was young he is a crazy fucker, he was on a motorcycle ride with friends across the US, stopped by somewhere and saw this cliff like 70 ft, the water is glassy.....what he did he fucking DOVE, i mean DOVE head first, man he had intense headace for 2 days but his body was fine so...you can try that

anything over 60 feet I suggest wearing shoes and doing a perfect pencil dive with arms at your sides, I've jumped an 85 footer a couple times and it didnt even hurt, but you gotta land pretty perfect because on that same cliff people die every summer

we have a ton of jumps around my hometown and people are always going huge there is a 100 footer that claims the life of at least one person a year cuz kids around here get super fucked up and then try to jump. I have dropped a ton of 40/50 footers and as long as you wear shoes and keep your arms in you'll be fine.

i did 120-130ft. your in the air for along time. i think after 80 impact can become pretty serious. I saw a guy ump 80 land kinda on his back and he ruptured alot of shit, his back was bleeding super bad. no skin ripped it was all under the skin. but yeah anything above 100 hurts like hell all the time when you land. nothing to serious. just like youve been checked in football by a big guy and your wearing no pads. the soles of my feet were pretty bruised.

snow works perfect, if the conditions are right you can jump out of a plane. when you land in snow, it compresses, gradually slowing down. but the crazy ass aussie who holds the world record had a backpack full of foam and just back bombed it.

you can Expect that you might get an enema with anything over 50 ft, the highest i've jumped was 110 ft,

you can't leave your arms out that high, you have to suck them into your chest, do wear shoes, and when you hit the water try to curve like a banana in the water, you won't dive as deep,

ya i did roughly a 120-130 footer once. i ended up with a fractured vertebrae and temporary nerve damage in my spine. be careful the higher you go! all i did was land ever so slightly behind 90 degrees when I entered the water. just a slight mistake can fuck you up jumping that high! unless you really know what you're doing (i didn't) you really don't want to go much higher than 70-80 ft.

I blew out my ear drum doing a double back off a rope swing from about 30 ft so no hight is truly safe. Trust me you dont want to fuck up your ear drums.

I've gone of a 50 footer as my highest, but ive heard of people splitting thier ribs open off 30 footers. i think you hit terminal velocity after 90 ft or something, so if you can survive 90, anything above that is fair game.

i ruptured my ear drum just jumping off the roof into the pool. most PAINFUL thing you will ever experience in your entire life. i had it reconstructed like 2 years later. they took skin off a muscle above my ear in my hair, and they tried to go in through the ear canal. nope, hole was too small. they cut all the way behind my ear and folded it forward. got damn that was painful. i have a big fuckin scar too.

^ no. 400 feet is correct. terminal velocity is areound 200 mph. do you think that a person can get going 200 mph faling only 130 feet? jamie pierre hucks cliffs bigger than that. it would be impossible to jump into water from 130 feet without fucking yourself up pretty good.

so your saying anyone who can drop a 120 foot cliff can also drop a 35000 footer out of an airplane? Jamie pierre would be dropping 800 footers by now if that was true. Granted the difference in speed for a 120 footer vs 800 footer may only be 40-60 mph or so but it's still crossing the line.

^ what i was saying is that when jamie pierre hucks a 130 foot cliff he is not going 200 mph. 130 feet is not terminal velocity. terminal velocity is when you jump out of an airplane, you fall for 400 feet, get up to 200 mph, and then you dont go any faster. some guy was saying terminal velocity was only 130 feet.

i've hit about 30 feet

If you fall for you're going

one second 35km/h

two seconds 70km/h

three seconds 105 km/h

one second is about 16 feet. two seconds is 62 feet. and 105km/h is pretty fast, and u'd have to go pretty high (45m, 145 feet) to get there, so anyone who says that they were in the air for 3 seconds, tell them that.
