alright this helps if your a skater. buy a set of 10 blank decks on ebay for $150. sell 6 of them at $25 each or more... so your 150 pays it self off and you get 4 decks for free. i did it and the best decision i have made.

ok the real way to make money: Go to Canal street in new york city, which is home to thousands of bootleg products for those of you who dont know. Proceed to buy a knock off Coach bag or Prada bag or whatever the expensive bags stupid rich girls buy are, for say $50-100. They retail for around $800. Put it on ebay, but make sure you say, "recieved as a present from a friend, cannot verify origins of bag" or something along those lines. Bag sells for $300, you are up $200, and you aren't responsible. I personally haven't done this, but i have a friend who did and was pretty happy about it. Dick, yes. Genius, yes.

i live in ny and you can buy ANYTHING on canal street. The shop owners are all chinese as well as every sign and everything else, but they know numbers. Its pretty fun, you can get soo many good looking knockoffs and fireworks

no no, the easiet way to make 150 is (i know ive told this before, i cant help it im proud) sneak into the loading dock of a bar, run into the kitchen, grab a keg, get it back home, do it again, sell one to a frat party for 150 and drink the other with your friends.

not $150 but..... take a piece of paper, wad it up into a little ball and push it up the coin return in a vending machince. way up. come back a couple weeks later and claim your prize. do it to a few vending machinces and wear gloves if you want to be a pro at it.

bigbromski - not if you are selling it under the pretense that it was a gift and you can not attest to the authenticity of it.

It's completely fair game under that context. If you try selling a product and have misleading details about it such as "authentic louie votton (however the hell you spell it) purse w/ certificate of authenticity" and if it turns out to be a fake and someone calls you on it, then you may be grilled.
Or even better yet! You should just find some knockoff company of a product and write exactly that in the details. but just tell them as much as they need to know.

For example, put this in the headline:
"Authentic rollex watch"

Now let's just say that there is actually a knockoff company called ROLLEX and not rolex - the real watch manufacture company. Nothing you have put in your information is innacurate, because you do have an authentic ROLLEX watch. Now, whether or not people are stupid enough to confuse rollex with rolex is not your responsibility.

Sure you just may have someone try to take you to court. but as long as absolutely nothing you put in the comments were innacurate or 'purposely' misleading, then you probably have one hell of a case against him.

But sure, the original arguement of saying it was a gift may not be the strongest.. especially in court. Figuring that the prosecutor may just ask you who it was that give it to you as a gift. Which is why I may be a little bit more careful about wording it.
But hey, the majority of lawyers straight lie in court every day and get away clean, so you can always aspire to that :)

Anyways, I don't advise swindeling, hustling, or conning people out of money. But if you are broke and need some fast cash... ;p
