i fucked up my knee yesterday and it hurts pretty bad in the back of my knee.
It feels real tight and the pain goes down into my calf .
Anyone with a knee injury in the past have an idea what i did ACL,MCL, or Miniscus?
Thanks and yes i will be seein a doc but not for a few days.
