How to resize ?

How do you resize a picture ? I've seen people resize there picture in comments so that it looks beter, how do you do that ?

The way they resize the picture in the comments so it looks better is to post a link the picture that they have hosted somewhere on the net. If you choose to upload your image to NS it will have to be under 100k and NS will auto-resize your image. (As you obviously noticed...)

So, if you want to display your image un-resized, you have to post it in comments.
