so we have 3 competitions going on this weekend. the nu union thing at cop, fernie big air and a slope comp at norquay(so i hear) so what do yall plan to do...+ does anyone have any info on this slope comp like dates and prizes. gracias

Fernie has been snowing all week, the rails were buried. The snow has been gnarly times 9. But it is raining today, so Im not going riding, which means Im not doing the contest this weekend, but whoever goes in it, it should be kind of cool, because they are probably having it on the 50 foot hip/stepdown.

the big air was sick, there were like 10 peps competing and they had 2 snomobiles running to bring us to the top of the park, it was sick, 1/2 hour jam session then 5 peps made it through the finals, i think i was 2,3 or 4, but it was alot of fun

it was fun, kind of sketchy set up. it snowed a lot half way through the comp so everyones speed got screwed. a lot of crashes. pretty rad...i don't like how steve from fresh judged because some of the riders he sponsores were competing...but fun

yup if it hadn't been snowing at the big air in fernie which slowed everyone down i think it would have been better. cuz i sure didn't have enough speed any of the times i went after the comp actually started adn i just got served soo bad.
