ya its not the greatest time i was our number 5 guy on our team my last year of xc and our number 2 guy in the 800 i think our number one guy was running like 2:05's then hes a jr. in high school now not sure what hes running now

kykelly, if you ran a 19:30 3.1 mile your mile splits were about 6:15 so how could your PR mile be 6:30?

ah this thread brings back memories. i ran cc and long/middle distance. i ran a 4:58 1600 my freshman year, but my gay ass head coach always made me run 800's the next few years cus we didn't have a lot of ppl for it, which i got down to 2:02 my junior year, quit my senior year. got down to about 16:15 in cross senior year.
and one of my old teammates was in the olympics last summer.

i ran a 17:15 in cross this year. not the fastest, but it will be down by next year.
