what was he supposed to do??? stop and take it to the vet!? no, he hit it because he was probabbly going too fast and a little fox isnt worth stopping for. you dont call it 'hit and run' when you run over wild animals. there would be 10,000 'hit and runs' for every dead squirrel iv seen dead on the road.

i think its only 'hit and run' when you shoot/hit something involving a person.

One of the first things I was taught in drivers ed it to never swerve for animals. You can slam on your breaks if the road is dry, but never swerve. Sometimes road kill is unavoidable. The fox will now not live to pass on the trait of runing in front of F350's to its offspring, and the next generation of foxes will be that much smarter.

Shit, if i had a f350, i'd put huge spikes on the front and try to hit shit like that. I bet he was like, oh that will pop right under my wheel. No body damage, and swerved to hit the stupid fox.

my dad n mom saw an acciedent the other night that wasnt head on n the cars spun around n one went into this huge ditch...i tohught it was kinda funny
