Hi everyone. I've been reading NS for a while now but am new to posting here. I'm posting looking for advice about how to begin "newschool" skiing as an older person (I'm 24 ina few weeks). A little background. I've skiied since I was 6 and grew up near Calgary, Alberta. I've always skiied at least 30 times a year and can freeski (ie://big mountain) better than most people on the mountain (using Kicking Horse skiiers as my reference). I've never really done any tricks though. So far I can only do 360. I'd like to start progressing a bit (don't have any illusions about doing cork 1080s any time soon) but want to learn as much as I can. Does anyone have any experience or advice with throwing tricks when you're a little order? Learning at 23 is a little harder than at 14...probably cause now I'm smart enough (d'oh, stupid brain) to know I can hurt myself if I screw up!! Thanks.
