Summer skiing: perma snow

i heard about this perma snow stuff on the forum, but i don't know where to get it. it looks like it would work really good for a summer ski setup or water ramp. does anyone know where to get it or how much it costs?
It looks sick...if only i could order some.

it'd be nice if there was a dryslope somewhere in the US............. that'd be cool. especially for us east coasters, get to ski all year round?
