Replying to Cults

I would like to give a few ideas for the cults.

1. For the cults we should be able to make "sticky threads". THis would be useful for cults. Only the grand master would be able to make threads sticky, or disable thread stickyness (if that makes sense?)

2. We should be able to make a cult homepage. It would justt be like the current cult hompages only you could choose backgrounds and shit like that.


that would be pimp if you guys (NS techies or whatever) could do that.
