Why does my computer hate me?

Why can't I download the patch for jibberish urban. I have jibberish 1.02 but when I click on the urban patch, a bunch of coding comes up, then it go's to "program not responding" and I have to close it. Does anyone have it, what should I do?

weeeeeeeeeeell, so far, it hasn't worked for me either, i don't know... i downloaded it, but it does't do anything to the game, i opened it and it does squat, some ol image program comes up... i have no idea... sorry.
