i got adobe 6.5 premier, and it seems every time i put it in slow motion on any rendering setting, it gets super choppy, is this because of my video camera? i have it on fast shutter, and its a canon ZR 75

unplug ur camera when ur finished importing ur video... dont edit with the cam plugged in... it happened 2 me as well but once u unplug the cam from the comp it runs smooth as butter
