Uploading a picture

So I got some pics that I want to upload, and I have never done it before. I go in and get it through "Browse" off of my computer, but it says it has to be less than 100K to do it. The pic I was trying was like 800K. How do I make it smaller so I can upload it? Thanks.

Well, the best way to do it is through Photoshop. Do you have this program? If so, i can explain it to you then...

If not, i guess you could try to do it through Paint.

I found a free image resizer for Windows. This should help anyone who needs to resize there photos. I recommend going to the advanced options, and resizing your image to a width of 500px or so. This should cut down on the filesize. Here's the link:
