name a few companies who who have low standards for a park rider. the company couldn't give you a pro deal but you guys name a few who would give you free skis. just they haveto make twin tips. like if you could just talk to them and get sponsored. who a really crapy video. give me some feedback

well i highly doubt you will get sponsored by anybody just by the way you're talking. "really low standards in park skiing" you have to be pretty good to get sponsored by any ski company.

Sander, if you have any luck on that let me know. I think I am ready to be a pro now. All I want is to be sponcered so that I can get free stuff. I dont' even care if I like the stuff, just that I can say that I am pro. If you find any companies that don't have the highest standards, I want in.

i dunno, if i was a company looking to sponsor somebody, i'd want visual proof that they'd be killing it on my skis

You shouldnt really be thinking about sponsorship unless you can 450 off rails 270 onto them slide pretty much every rail there is. and be able to spin 900's with style and switch tricks at least up to 540's prob more. then strat thinking about getting sponsored by a mediocre company. you could get sponsored by a local shop or local hill with less skills but you will need to give them a reason for them to give you free stuff. I used to want to be sponsored..... but you have to come to grips with your self and realize what you will have to do and give up for skiing ang skiing comps. I play hokey so theres no way i'll be sponsored until I leave HS because I just dont have as much time for skiing as I need. just focus on having fun learning new stuff and representing the freeskiing movement. maybe in a few years it could happen but now days there are lots of kids with more then decent park skills and there are only so many sponsorship spots.

heres what you do...it worked for me, McConkey, Kreitler and a host of others...
go to some huge ski racing school...like UC Boulder (my alma) ...drop out after one season and move to Tahoe...work at a local shop waxing skis and renting boots, while ripping every day for two or three seasons...if you have not yet blown a knee or gooten a DWI your doing good...after you have established your self as the sickest core skier on your hill, start hucking the hugest most ridicuouls airs possible, landings dont matter, just get your name out...then if your VERY lucky some rich trust funder hotty will like your style and pay for your skiing as long as you put out

Probobly the easiest company to get sponsored by is local little shops. I mean there is this company 20 minutes away from here that will give you a basic sponsorship if you can just do basic shit like slide rails fully and spin off big jumps. I've still have yet to take advatage of this because I ski to have fun, plus I'm lazy.

Dude if you want free stuff get in with your local shop, buy all your shit there bring back footy show them and let them in on your part of the scene and they throw stuff at you can cut prices as they become your friends. Its like a bro status or something, eventually you can come in needing something and not have the cash and they'll hook you up. You not gunna get a real sponsorship. And who ever said big mountain is the easiest way is a moron. First thing is the hiking involved is insane. Second you have to actually be in good shape and train, you don't wanted your legs dying halfway down after your 5 mile hike up espacially. And now if you have ever stood at the top of a 60 degree colouir before you whould know its freaky as all hell. I'd be less scared to try a triple backflip then straight those things.
